Fleet Readiness Center Southwest Golden Wrench Award
is presented to Mr. Richard Lopez, Production Controller

The Fleet Readiness Center Southwest leadership, along with his teammates, recognizes Mr. Richard Lopez. His initiative, diligence, drive, and dedication were demonstrated by his outstanding support for the Components Program in Building 472. He is assigned to manage kits for the Main Landing Gear Shop 93306.  Mr. Lopez is the shop Production Control Center Meeting Coordinator and he constantly demonstrates great leadership and skills providing updates and maintaining all reports. He has been hand selected to lead and coordinate the rework efforts for the Boeing Pilot Landing Gear sets, controlling, tracking and storing inventory.  In addition, he is responsible for the kitting of these three landing gear sets, resulting in outstanding product for final build and RFI of units. The overarching characteristic of Mr. Lopez’ s “can do” attitude reflects the spirit of “One Team, One Fight” with everyone striving to meet and exceed previous benchmarks set by both the program he supports and his own standard of excellence. Mr. Richard Lopez’s dedication to aviation maintenance excellence and to our nation’s warfighter makes him most deserving of the Golden Wrench Award. Thank you for a job “WELL DONE!”
