FRCSW Recognizes Star Employee’s

Recently, Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) leadership took a moment to recognize six outstanding members of our civilian workforce!

FRCSW Commanding Officer, CAPT Shannon Thompson presented Civilian Service Achievement Medals to Ms. Jaimee Sanders, Mr. Art Arellano, Mr. Darrell Daniels, and Mr. Ray Fernandez, he also presented Civilian Service Commendation Medals to Mr. Epifano Echavez and Mr. Carlos Taitano.

While each of their roles and accomplishments is unique, they all share something important: their work directly contributes to keeping our Navy’s Sailors and Marines ready.

Whether it’s strengthening our workforce, improving how we manage critical resources, increasing aircraft production and repair capacity, ensuring maintenance programs stay on track, or bringing new capabilities and workloads to FRCSW, their efforts have helped our command work smarter, move faster, and deliver greater value to the Fleet.

That impact reaches far beyond the walls of FRCSW. Every aircraft returned to service, every process improved, every dollar managed responsibly and every capability brought online helps ensure our Sailors and Marines have the equipment they need to accomplish their mission. Ultimately, the work being done here supports our nation’s readiness and helps safeguard the security and freedoms we all enjoy as Americans.

The accomplishments of these employees are a great reminder that the work of our civilian teammates is an essential part of the Navy’s mission. Their dedication, innovation, and commitment to excellence make FRCSW stronger and help us deliver the products the Fleet requires to fight and win in any battle.

Congratulations to all the awardees. FRCSW employees are the Backbone of Military Readiness!
