FRCSW Commanding Officer CAPT Luis “Rick” Rivera performs a promotion ceremony for CDR Chris Okimura. This promotion is a well-deserved recognition of his outstanding service, and his efforts are applauded by the entire FRCSW team. The ceremony, held at NAS North Island's Circle of Flags, was attended by CDR Okimura's family, FRCSW leadership, and both active-duty and civilian members of the Navy. CDR Okimura, who joined the Navy in 2011, was assigned to FRCSW on October 2, 2025, as a supply officer of the highest regard in the United States Navy (in fact 1^st in his class!). FRCSW is proud to have him as part of the team and look forward to his continued leadership.
