The Fleet Readiness Southwest (FRCSW) engineering team brought a little innovation, a lot of hands on fun, and a behind the scenes look at naval aviation maintenance to the Miramar Air Show! From interactive activities for our youngest aviation enthusiasts to showcasing the engineering expertise that keeps naval aircraft mission ready, the FRCSW team enjoyed connecting with the community and sharing what the command does.

Inspiring the next generation of engineers and helping the public understand the work we do is important. But behind every display, every conversation, and every engineering solution is a mission that matters most…supporting the warfighter. The work our team does every day helps ensure our Navy and Marine Corps aviation forces have the readiness, capability, and support they need to accomplish their mission.
