Vice Adm. (sel.) David Venlet will relieve Vice Adm. Walter Massenburg as NAVAIR commander to in a ceremony to take place at 10 a.m. Feb. 16 in hanger 360 of the Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Md.

The ceremony is open to members of the NAVAIR workforce stationed locally or who are traveling to the area on other official business.

The event will be videotaped and made available through local closed circuit television stations and local NAVAIR public affairs offices.
