On Wednesday, December 13, 2006 between noon and 1 p.m., a twin prop contractor aircraft will be conducting in-flight data gathering over the town of Ridgecrest, primarily in the vicinity of North and South China Lake Boulevard. During the simulation portion of the six planned runs, the aircraft is expected to descend no lower than 1,000 feet above ground.
