This year’s NAWCAD Area Commander’s Award Ceremony was held at Lakehurst on 4 August 2006. RDML (Sel) Steven Eastburg presented the H-60 Support Equipment (SE) Program Team with an award that read, “In recognition of continued significant contributions to the Navy’s efforts to produce two world-class and battle ready maritime helicopters the MH-60S and the MH-60R, and to support the CNO and COMNAVAIR goals of balancing current and future readiness. Your exemplary performance and unswerving dedication brings great credit upon yourself, the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, and the Department of the Navy”.
