This year’s NAWCAD Area Commander’s Award Ceremony was held at Lakehurst on 4 August 2006. RDML (Sel) Steven Eastburg presented the F/A-18 Repeatable Release Holdback Bar (RRHB) Team with an award that stated “in recognition for completing the engineering investigation, performing the hardware re-qualification, and executing the retrofit of F/A-18 A-D and E/F RRHBs. Your exemplary performance and unswerving dedication brings great credit upon yourself, the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, and the Department of the Navy”.
