Fleet Readiness Center Southeast to honor employees during Teammate Appreciation Month

Once again, June has been designated Teammate Appreciation Month for the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE). This official observance provides an opportunity for FRCSE leadership to express their gratitude to personnel for their hard work, dedication, and effort. The Command has planned a calendar of events to honor its employees throughout the month of June.

Teammate Appreciation Month Schedule of Events are as follows:

June 7 and 8, Capt. John Scanlan, FRCSE commanding officer and members of the Area Command Management Board will address the work force and participate in cake-cutting ceremonies in various sites around the facility, NAS Jacksonville, NS Mayport, and Cecil Commerce Center.
June 13, Civilian Employee Recreation & Welfare Committee will sponsor a luncheon for all employees.
June 14, Red, White & Blue Day. Employees are encouraged to show their patriotism by wearing our Nation’s colors to work.
June 19, FRCSE at the Jacksonville Suns Baseball game. Executive Officer Capt. Tim Matthews is scheduled to throw out the first pitch.
June 27, All personnel are invited to enjoy a night of $1.00 per game bowling at the NAS JAX Freedom Lanes.
June 29, Commander’s Awards presentation via VTC. This presentation will be videotaped and broadcast at a later date over the CCTV for all employees to view.

Month long activities include weekly walk-arounds by senior leadership to talk with employees.
