Col. David A. Smith will assume command of Fleet Readiness Center East from Col. J. Mark Reed in a change of command ceremony on Cherry Point, May 25.

FRC East public affairs representatives will meet media interested in covering the event in the parking lot adjacent to the front gate at 9:15 a.m., and will leave for the ceremony promptly at 9:20 a.m.
