In the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Depot Cherry Point H-46 Hangar Oct. 7, H-46 Program Officer Capt Blaine Ferguson (center) provides an overview of depot helicopter maintenance to a group of foreign military officers. The officers, representing 25 foreign countries, are currently students at the USMC Command and Staff College in Quantico, Va. Their tour of the depot was conducted as part of a field trip to various military facilities in the region.
