Naval Air Systems Command and Northrop Grumman Integrated Systems will conduct a flight demonstration of the U.S. Navy RQ-8A Fire Scout Vertical Takeoff and Landing Tactical UAV (VTUAV) at 1300 (1:00 p.m.) on Monday, November 4, 2002 at Webster Field, NAS Patuxent River, Md. In the event of inclement weather, a second media demonstration will be offered on Wednesday, November 6, at 1400.
Round-trip transportation to Webster Field will be provided. Pick-up at the Northrop Grumman offices at 1000 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, Va., is scheduled for 1000. The bus will depart Webster Field for Northrop Grumman at 1400. If you elect for personal transportation, you will be required to check in at the Webster pass office for individual badging.
