Residents of Pax River and station employees and their families are welcome to attend an information fair on services available here Nov. 6 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the housing community center, Building 2452.

Representatives from the Commissary, the Navy Exchange, Housing, Fleet and Family Support Center, Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department, Administration (personnel), and Disbursing will be on hand to answer questions about the services each organization provides.

This information fair is also an opportunity for people to express concerns or ask questions about what was going on on station, said CMDCM(SW) Joe Johnson, NAS Patuxent River and NAWCAD command master chief.

“The whole idea is not to do a presentation, but to have tables set up so if someone had a question, they could come in and, and say, talk to the commissary,” said Johnson.

Representatives from the naval air station will also have a table set up to respond to any questions not covered by the services represented.

Light refreshments will be available.
