Photo 3: Ed Bryant (left) shows his ceremonial “first pitch” baseball to John Lamanna. Representing all NADEP Cherry Point employees, Bryant tossed out the first pitch June 8 to kick off NADEP Night with the Kinston Indians at Grainger Stadium. The special night at the ballgame was one of the events the depot sponsored during its annual Teammate Appreciation Month. Both Bryant and Lamanna volunteered their time to assist in operating a special admissions gate for depot employees and their guests. NADEP Commanding Officer Col Eugene K.
