HI DADDY! –Through the means of a video teleconference arranged and sponsored by NAVAIR Depot North Island, a Navy wife and her two children talk to Daddy aboard USS Constellation (CV 64) deployed to the Persian Gulf. Michelle Sanchez, VTC coordinator (standing), worked with the ship to be sure that the connection was clear and then left the room to give the family some privacy. The ship worked with ombudsmen to schedule the appointments. Each family was afforded 15 minutes talking with loved ones on the San Diego-based carrier.
