Production controllers Roy L. Grubb and Kaye F. Miller of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Depot Cherry Point Aircraft Material Support Branch display the certificates of commendation they recently received as recipients of the ‘You Made a Difference’ award. In their jobs, the two work closely with operational squadrons to coordinate the replacement of aircraft components, and their efforts are directly linked to significant cost savings at the depot. Last year, they processed 1,607 components valued at more than $16 million. The awards cite their exemplary working relationships with the squadrons and their willingness and ability to help them solve difficult problems.
