Tucker graduated recently from the Senior Executive Management Development Program (SEMDP) after five years of management and supervisory courses, rotational assignments, and interviews with high-level government managers. SEMDP helps promising, ambitious, and talented mid to senior grade employees clarify career goals, develop managerial and leadership potential, and continue to enhance technical and functional expertise. “It was a great learning and growing experience,” Tucker said, “and I got to do a variety of interesting things.
