Navy Capt Mike C. Fralen, PMA 207, presents the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Award to Marie A. Ballengee, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Depot Cherry Point Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist, during a ceremony at the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Officers’ Club recently. The award cited Ballengee’s outstanding leadership and meritorious service to the depot and the Navy from Sep. 28, 1998, to Sep. 1, 2002. As the C-130 Scheduled Maintenance Sub-team Lead, she helped lead the C-130 Integrated Maintenance Concept (IMC) Integrated Process Team in researching, developing, prototyping, and implementing the C-130 IMC Program.
