The NAVAIR 2003 Quality of Work Life (QWL) survey is well underway and recent participation rates indicate military and civilian employees realize the importance of their feedback in shaping the command’s future work environment. The survey was released to the team in mid-January, and NAVAIR leadership challenges every employee to complete the survey by the end of February.

The participation goal is 100 percent of all civilian and military employees working for NAVAIR. NAVAIR Naples, Italy, and NAVAIR Orlando, Fla., are leading in site participation. See the chart below for the latest participation feedback percentages by each NAVAIR site.

Team-wide participation is strongly encouraged to continue improving the overall NAVAIR work environment. Out of approximately 29,000 NAVAIR military and civilian employees, about 4,300 have completed the survey to date. This number does not include hard copy surveys completed because they are still being distributed and collected.
