Randy S. Parker, production support specialist supervisor at the Naval Air (NAVAIR) Depot Jacksonville was recognized through the Valuable Ideas Save Investments Of NADEP (VISION) Program at a ceremony on August 12.

Parker earned official recognition for recommending and designing a portable handle that assists artisans in the movement of components throughout the facility. Parker’s design allows the handles to be moved from one roll cart to another and provides a more ergonomic and effective method of moving components, thus eliminating the potential for bodily injury.
