NAVAIR Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake--

An advanced computer-based shooting simulator for law enforcement throughout Kern County will be available beginning Wednesday, June 4, courtesy of the China Lake Police Department(CLPD) at NAVAIR Naval Air Weapons Station.

The latest-technology simulator allows shooting/response training scenarios including hostage rescue, use-of-force judgement simulation, drug busts and disorderly personnel.

The CLPD is making the training simulator available to the base police department plus the Kern County Sheriff, Ridgecrest Police and the Calif. Highway Patrol.
