Each year employees at Naval Air Depot Jacksonville assist in providing less fortunate families and their children, throughout the Jacksonville community, with items to make the holiday season a joy for everyone. As part of the Depot's community service program, donations of toys were made to the Outreach Program. The Outreach Program is a volunteer committee consisting of NADEP employees who are dedicated to contributing back to the community throughout the year, as well as to fellow NADEP employees in need. This holiday season, the Depot employees donated hundreds of toys, which were donated to the Children's Home Society of Florida, the Navy Relief, the Hubbard House and several NADEP families.

Another program that the Depot employees participate in is the collection of food. This year over a ton of food was collected by the Depot and was provided to the Second Harvest Food Bank and Navy Relief.

The employees at the Depot share their hearts and hands with the community and continue to ensure that as many families as possible shared in the joy of the holiday season.
