MEDIA ADVISORY: NAVAIR showcases systems, services and platforms at Sea-Air-Space Expo

NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND, PATUXENT RIVER, Md. — U.S. Navy representatives from several NAVAIR program offices will conduct briefings at Navy League's annual Sea-Air-Space Exposition April 3-5. The exposition takes place at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, National Harbor, Maryland. NAVAIR briefings at Booth 2327 will include future training initiatives, Marine Corps Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Additive Manufacturing and command overviews.

This year, the Naval Aviation Enterprise is joining NAVAIR at Booth 2327.

WHAT: NAVAIR leaders will showcase their people, products and platforms with a series of videos and presentations highlighting existing and future naval aviation systems, services and platforms at the annual Sea-Air-Space Expo.

WHO: From Rear Adm. Mark Darrah, who leads the Navy’s Unmanned Aviation and Weapons Program Executive Office, to Rear Adm. Dean Peters, program executive officer for Air ASW, Assault and Special Mission Programs, NAVAIR leaders will share the latest updates on key naval programs. Rear Adm. Winter, deputy program executive officer for the Joint Strike Fighter program will also be on hand to provide an F-35 program update.
