NAVAL AIR STATION OCEANA, Va. — Rear Adm. Paul Sohl, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC), congratulates Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic's (FRCMA) aircraft department personnel for maintaining speedy repair cycles and high customer satisfaction. Sohl visited FRCMA at Naval Air Station Oceana, Va., on Sept. 17.

Aviation Electronics Senior Chief Ryan Balzer shares details of the Chief of Naval Operations' Rapid Innovation Cell's prototype of the universal breakout box to Rear Adm. Paul Sohl, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC), Sept. 17. The universal breakout box, which is being finalized by the Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic Junior Innovative Think Tank and Senior Innovative Think Tank (JITT/SITT) team, is a statistically driven maintenance analysis and reporting (SMART) project that will improve technician troubleshooting.
