NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND, Patuxent River, Maryland -- Morgan State University President Dr. David Wilson and Commander, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Rear Adm. Dean Peters sign an educational partnership agreement (EPA) along with Navy and university representatives at the school's Patuxent Environmental and Aquatic Research Laboratory in St. Leonard, Maryland, June 12. EPAs between NAWCAD and educational institutions support collaborative research efforts on technology and other topics of mutual interest, promote student interest in science and technology career fields, and facilitate shared access to research facilities and technical experts.
