Photo Release: NAVAIR program managers share paths to success

NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND, PATUXENT RIVER, Md. — Program management leaders from the Naval Air Systems Command share how they navigated their careers during a panel discussion Dec. 4 at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Md. Participating in the “Getting to Know Your Program Management Leadership” panel were, from left, Candace “Candy” Chesser, program manager for the Air Combat Electronics Office (PMA-209); U.S. Marine Corps Col. Robert “Bert” Pridgen, program manager for the Presidential Helicopters Program Office (PMA-274); Janice Zilch, principal deputy program manager for Naval Air Traffic Management Systems (PMA-213); and Robert Kimble, deputy program executive officer for Strike Weapons from the Program Executive Office for Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons (PEO(U&W)).  The event, hosted by the NAVAIR Program Management Community Management office, gave the program management workforce the opportunity to ask panelists questions and to hear candid insights about what led to their leadership successes.
