NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND, PATUXENT RIVER, Md. -- Wendy Kay (left), the senior security director for the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy for Plans, Policy, Oversight and Integration, presents Deb Bailey (right), E-2/C-2 Airborne Tactical Data System Program Office (PMA-231) security manager, with an honorary Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC) during a ceremony May 9 at Patuxent River.

The SAPPC serves as an indicator of Bailey’s ability to protect DoD assets, including information and technology. Bailey received the award because she was instrumental in the creation of the certification.
