CHINA LAKE, Calif. — NAWCWD commander Rear Adm. Mat Winter (Left) attended the recent contracts team meeting to congratulate Dorothy Courville (Right). Courville, procurement analyst in the Business Systems Office of NAWCWD Contracts, received a note of thanks and recognition for her exceptional support from LeAntha Sumpter, special assistant to the director, Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy (DPAP). Courville provided assistance to DPAP that allowed them to develop an enterprise contract clause logic capability. Courville has represented NAWCWD, NAVAIR, and the U.S. Navy on the clause logic team for the DOD Standard Procurement System and is responsible for all clause updates for all NAVAIR contracting sites.
