Media Advisory: NAVAIR programs to be highlighted in Paris

NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND, PATUXENT RIVER, Md. – Leaders from Program Executive Office for Air ASW, Assault and Special Mission Programs (PEO(A)) are scheduled to conduct press briefings at the Paris Air Show June 20-22.

The briefing schedule is as follows:

Monday, June 20, 2011
Capt. Dean Peters, H-60 Multi-Mission Helicopters (PMA-299) program manager, will brief H-60 Helicopters at 2 p.m. in the Lockheed Martin Chalet Briefing Room

There will be a PEO(A)/Headquarters Marine Corps round table media event at 3 p.m. in the Bell Helicopter Chalet Café Bistro. Platforms discussions will include H-1 Helicopters, H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopters, the MV-22 and the KC-130J Harvest Hawk. Space is limited.

Col. Robert Pridgen, H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopters (PMA-261) program manager, will brief H-53 at 9:30 a.m. in the General Electric Chalet.

Wednesday, June 22, 2011
Col. Harry Hewson, H-1 Upgrades (PMA-276) program manager, 11 a.m., Parc des Exposition/Centre de Conference, Salle 1

Col. Greg Masiello, V-22 Joint Program (PMA-275) program manager, will brief V-22 Osprey at 12:45 p.m. in the Parc des Exposition/Centre de Conference, Salle 2.
