Mat Winter, congratulates Tony Parisi and Robin Hoffman with a certificate and award for their extraordinary accomplishments in the development of the Environmental Memorandum of Agreement between the Navy Region Southwest (NRSW) and the NAWCWD. By clearly identifying the individual roles and responsibilities between NRSW and NAWCWD, this NAWCWD environmental operating model has become the national standard for the Commander, Naval Installations Command to deploy to all shore stations with environmental staff supporting both the mission and installation.
