Nguyen (left), an administrative clerk with Naval Air Systems Command's (NAVAIR) Total Force Strategy and Management Department (AIR 7.3), received the NAVAIR Headquarters Junior Sailor of the Quarter Award for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2015 from Capt.
