Joseph, who retired with 35 years of service, demonstrated outstanding leadership skills, innovation, and in-depth technical knowledge by providing the resources and processes to support the delivery of Information Technology (IT) needed to support all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements. His efforts were instrumental in paving the way for an established logistics presence within the NAVAIR Cyber Warfare Detachment. Joseph focused his efforts on the establishment of new logistics processes and training for the newly established division while offering opportunities for a new career path for logisticians.
