NAVAL AIR STATION PATUXENT RIVER, Md. -- Ann Wood, production director for Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC), mentors Emily Stump and Jen Dickson during a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Speed Mentoring event Sept. 8 at Naval Air Station Patuxent River. The event, sponsored by the NAVAIR Logistics and Industrial Operations competency, brought together about a dozen senior-level mentors from across the command with about two dozen mentees. The mentees spent about 10 minutes with each mentor over the span of about 90 minutes to learn tips for career development, networking, increasing education and knowledge skills sets and other career enhancement tips.
