NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND, PATUXENT RIVER, Md. — Capt. Michael Zarkowski will assume command of Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC), as Rear Adm. Sohl continues to his next assignment as Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Force in Norfolk, Virginia. The Change of Command ceremony will take place at 10 a.m., June 16, in the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School hangar.
