Craig Dorrans, program manager for Aviation Training Systems and Ranges (PMA-205), far right, recently presented the Universal Ejection Seat Trainer Device Identification, Integrated Product Team with the Program Management (AIR 1.0) Team Spotlight Award on Oct. 5. The team created a cost effective solution to automate and modernize 43-year-old ejection seat training devices, which increases the training and safety for Sailors and Marines.
