NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND, PATUXENT RIVER, Md. — Chief Warrant Officer 3 Rayvon Northern shows a Test Catapult series 7 (TC-7) steam catapult to employees from Naval Acquisition Development Program (NADP) during a tour at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Md., July 23. Northern is the TC-7 site maintenance and division officer with Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (VX) 23, which manages the catapult. The site tour was one of many set up to expose NADP members to different NAVAIR program offices and activities.
