On Friday, September 17, VMX-22, based at MCAS New River, North Carolina, is
hosting Osprey MEDIA EXPO '04. This year's event will focus on OPEVAL and fleet training. The day starts at 1100 a.m. and will include program updates, one-on-one interviews with the unit's commanding officer and other key personnel, a flight demo, tours of VMX-22 facilities, and a V-22 simulator flight in one of four full-motion simulators used to train Osprey pilots.

MCAS New River is located near Jacksonville, North Carolina, approximately 100 miles southeast of Raleigh. Please advise ASAP if you are interested in this newsworthy event. Any organization that plans on covering the V-22 over the next year would be well served in attending.
