MARINE CORPS AIR STATION NEW RIVER, N.C. – The Honorable James G. Roche, secretary of the Air Force, Gen. John P. Jumper, chief of staff of the Air Force, Mr. Thomas W. O'Connell, assistant secretary of defense for Special Operations and Low-intensity Conflict, and Gen. Bryan D. Brown, commanding general of Special Operations Command, will visit MCAS New River Oct. 8. The gentlemen will take separate orientation flights aboard V-22 Osprey aircraft. Gen. Jumper is scheduled to co-pilot a V-22 and Gen. Brown is scheduled to parachute out of a V-22.
