The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division reached a final decision to retain, in-house, the performance of the clerical support functions at its Point Mugu and China Lake sites. This decision was reached at the close of the administrative appeal period on June 2, 2004.

The function will continue to be performed by government employees, operating as a newly structured Most Efficient Organization beginning 1 February 2005.
