What should I put into the UAIT fields?
- Office Code: Enter your competency code. This field will be used to develop automated distribution lists in the future.
- Rank/Rate/Other: Select the field that applies to you and pick from drop down list if applicable.
- Department: Select NAVAIR. All NAVAIR employees will use this field.

What is the User Account Information Tool?
The UAIT allows NMCI users to update specific data fields that appear in the NMCI GAL via a Web solution. Many users utilize the NMCI GAL to find contact information about you. The UAIT provides you with the capability of updating your own information as it changes to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information about you is displayed in the NMCI GAL.

What information can be updated?
The UAIT allows NMCI users the opportunity to modify specific data fields. Modifiable information will show as a form field or hyperlink in the Modify screen of the tool.

How often should I update my information in UAIT?
Any time that your information changes, updates should be made to the UAIT. In addition, a script will be run approximately every two months that will automatically direct you to the above UAIT web site. You will be able to cancel the prompt if you do not want to view your information. However, the prompt will appear at every log in until you verify your information is correct and click the submit button.
