NAVY ENVIRONMENTAL WINNER – Michele Marien, a senior environmental engineer with NAVAIR Depot North Island, accepts the Chief of Naval Operations’ Environmental Quality Award for fiscal year 2003 from Vice Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Michael Mullen in the nation’s capital. Marien was cited for her model air quality and unmatched air compliance program for the San Diego area.
