Operational Advisory Group participants were welcomed by Rear Adm. Michael Holmes, Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Force, Atlantic on April 26, at Frank Knox training center onboard NAVAIR Patuxent River. Leaders from across the Navy’s Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance community assembled for the three-day meeting that was sponsored by NAVAIR’s Maritime Surveillance Aircraft Program (PMA-290).
