PMA-251 to welcome new leader

NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND, PATUXENT RIVER, Md. -- The Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment Program Office (PMA-251) will host a change-of-command ceremony at Building 2272, Rear Adm. Moffett Building, here Aug. 23 at 10 a.m.
During the event, Rear Adm. Randy Mahr will be relieved by Capt. James Donnelly.
The mission of PMA-251 is to provide adaptable and reliable technology to the fleet by providing life-cycle acquisition management for 40-plus Navy and Marine Corps systems and equipment, utilized for the launch and recovery of current and future fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
