Ann Wood, who is performing the duties of Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers, and Fleet Readiness Center East Commanding Officer Capt. Randy Berti celebrated the first-ever graduates of the Naval Air Systems Command Federal Wage System Leadership Development Program (FWSLDP) Sept. 2. FWSLDP provides in-depth and hands-on leadership training for skilled trade employees. The nine FRCE graduates are the first in the enterprise to complete the program.
