Secretary D. Reid Wilson of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality recognized Fleet Readiness Center East Oct. 14 for its 20^th consecutive year as a Steward in the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality’s Environmental Stewardship Initiative.
