A retired AV-8B Harrier II+ and VMA-223 squadron members get ready for the aircraft’s induction into the Hickory Air Museum, Hickory, N.C., July 15. The squadron, together with PMA-257; headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps; MAG-14 and VMA-223 oversaw the comprehensive process of demilitarizing the aircraft and ensured it was safe to display.
