Global TransPark breaks ground on facility slated for incoming FRCE workload

Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) Commanding Officer Capt. James Belmont delivers remarks during the groundbreaking ceremony at the North Carolina Global TransPark in Kinston June 25. This innovative partnership between the state of North Carolina and FRCE is the first of its kind within the Department of the Navy.
