A colored pencil drawing by Mark Sapp, a welding/materials engineer at Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE), details a welding repair. Sapp was inducted as a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Fellow during a March 23 ceremony in Maryland, in recognition of his work within NAVAIR and with other branches of service, equipment manufacturers, professional organizations and mentees. NAVAIR Fellows represent the top 0.75% or scientists and engineers within the NAVAIR enterprise.
