Capt. Lisa “Peppy” Sullivan turned over leadership of the Naval Aviation Training Systems and Ranges program office (PMA-205) to Capt. Kevin “Tripper”  McGee at a ceremony with more than 200 family, friends and colleagues at Patuxent River’s Air Test and Evaluation Squadron One (VX-1) hangar on June 10.
