Lt. Col. C.C. McDonald, commander of Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 14 at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, visited Fleet Readiness Center East Feb. 24 to celebrate Black History Month with an observance focused on “Patience, Persistence and Tenacity.” As the keynote speaker, McDonald shared his story of rising through the ranks in the Marine Corps, and discussed his keys to success.
